We used our food words and sentences as we pretended to go to a store. We had to make change when customers paid for their food, too! Everyone did great in their roles as bosses and customers!

In English class, we played a Phonics Listening Game. Students would listen and then run to the sound they hear. The sound was written on the floor.

Today we learned about Jobs, and why all jobs are important for everyone. Everyone had to solve a puzzle with the picture of a job on it, then describe the job shown in their puzzle.

We began a project about drawing a map of our community. Students used their iPads to find key places on Google Maps and then began to draw their own maps. Each of the three groups will definitely produce a unique map of our town.

Today we reviewed the rules of the Giant Puzzle Game right before class began. We will begin our Giant Puzzle Game on Friday.

Not only were you confident and loud, but you were CREATIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC, and WILDLY ENTERTAINING! You worked very hard and I hope you know how far you’ve grown since last year’s singing contest! 🎉
