Learning is a mutual experience. Everyone can learn from each other. 

As a teacher, it is my responsibility to create a safe space so that students can:

• Feel seen and heard.

• Feel secure enough to ask questions, even if the student thinks it might be a silly question. 

• Feel comfortable in my classroom and around me as their teacher and as my students.
